Capital Stewardship Campaign
"Greater Giving, Greater Works!"Dear Beautiful Golden Family and Friends,
We pray you have had a wonderful start to 2026!
Joyfully and with deep gratitude, we say thank you for your prayers and support of Golden’s Capital Stewardship Campaign (CSC) thus far. Reaching our goal of $1.8 million by December 31, 2028 is no small undertaking, but by God’s grace, our journey continues strong.
We officially launched the first year of our four-year campaign in February 2025, promising transparency, accountability, and open communication throughout the process. We accomplished this commitment; thanks be to God! We also learned valuable lessons that will strengthen our efforts as we move into year two.
Our Capital Stewardship Campaign stands as a testament to our faith and dedication to God’s work. Eliminating Golden’s mortgage remains our first priority. Thanks to your generosity, a $20,000 principal payment was applied to the mortgage. As we await the final 2025 CSC Financial Report, we look forward to sharing even more good news soon.
The 2026 Capital Stewardship Campaign will officially begin in February 2026. We ask for your continued prayers, engagement, and financial support for this year’s pledge program. Please note that all pledges submitted between January 1 and December 31, 2026, will be applied to your 2026 CSC contributions. Look out for exciting new CSC support materials from our Marketing & Communications Team in the coming weeks!
I recently read that “Faith must include action. (cf. James 2:26)” At Golden, we walk in faith towards achieving our CSC’s two major goals: eliminating our current mortgage and building our Family Life Center. Our action is expressed through prayer, unwavering support for our leaders and committee, and faithful financial giving to our annual pledge program.
As you consider your 2026 pledge, we encourage you to pray and seek the Holy Spirit’s guidance. Every contribution—no matter the amount—helps us build God’s Kingdom, both within Golden and throughout our community.
With a Servant’s Heart,

Come be a part of Golden's two NEW Exciting Giving Initiatives
Following Benediction after each service, bring your silver change and green dollar bills and drop it into Golden’s Change Jar in front of the pulpit. Make this a family affair and a tangible way to give back! For our online community, collect your change monthly and either bring it to church on a given Sunday or send your total electronically, marking it “CSC – Change for Change Jar”. Congregational Report will be given the first Sunday of each month.
Golden Members commiting to an additional $25 per week in tithes/offering or CSC pledges will collectively raise enough funds to completely eliminating our mortgage! When giving, document this extra $25 on your offering envelope as “CSC-2x4”. Donation must be included on “CSC” line to receive credit.
